Terms and conditions
1. Identification

2. Purpose
Sale of access to the “Renderwave Academy” course (one-off payment of €390, VAT included, launch offer) and/or to the monthly community membership (€19/month, recurring subscription).
3. Price and payment
All prices include VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe. Access to the course is activated immediately once payment is confirmed.
4. Right of withdrawal
As this is digital content delivered immediately and with your express consent, at the time of purchase you WAIVE your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with art. 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. No refunds are issued once access to the course has started.
5. Membership
The community subscription renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time from [where/how to cancel], without affecting payments already made.
6. Intellectual property
All course content is the property of Renderwave Academy. Its use is restricted to personal purposes and redistribution is prohibited.
7. Governing law
Spanish law.
